The payment of registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
The fee includes Main Conference on 9-10 November, access to exhibition, coffee/tea, lunch symposia, other functions listed on the programme, registration materials and e-certificate of attendance.

Method of Payment
Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by credit card.

Letter of Invitation
On request, the Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participants to attend the Conference. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participants to apply for leave or travel arrangements. But the letter of invitation does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation of registration must be made in writing via email to the ICCR 2024 Secretariat as per schedule below:
On or before 1 October 2024: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
After 1 October 2024: No cancellation request will be entertained.

A replacement or transfer is allowed provided that the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the participant to be replaced. Please note that replacement is permitted on the basis that written notice is received on or before 1 October 2024.  

Rules and Regulations

• Registration will only be processed after full payment.  
• Written confirmation by email will be sent upon receipt of registration with full payment. If you are not able to receive the confirmation within two weeks, please contact the ICCR 2024 Secretariat.  
• For those who registered as HKSR member, the organizer reserves the right to charge the difference of member and non-member rate if the registered participant is not on the membership list by the time of registration. 
• The programme is subject to change without prior notice.  In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only liability of the Organizer is to refund the registration fee. 
• There may be photography, filming and sound recording at the event. By participating this event, you agree to be photographed, filmed or sound recorded, and agree to have your images and sounds (which may include your identifiable images and sounds) being used by the Organizer in the future promotional materials. If you do not agree that your identifiable images and sounds to be used, please contact the Organizer so that necessary arrangements could be made.
